This plan is made for you if there are things that might have been overlooked while heading out of town. Maybe the AC is still on and the next week is supposed to be 40° or vice versa. These little things can make a big difference to your home. If no one has stayed there in a while, this can give you peace of mind. No matter what the case is, I am always available to help. I normally spend around 1 hour going through the house doing the normal routine on my list: Grab mail & packages, make sure doors & windows are locked, no water leaks anywhere, mechanical room has no issues. After that I will go around and fix any little issues I notice while going around the home: cabinet door is loose, smoke detector battery is dead, etc. Just random things I notice walking around that you normally might not notice. We will contact you if a larger issue arises and will have a solution ready for you. Then, I’m back next week to check on everything again!
