This plan is designed for the full-scale care of your home. With one check-in every week, you can be sure your home is ready to be used without any issues upon arrival.
Monthly Management
$80 / month
This plan is designed for the occasional check-in of your home. If you are around often and just want a second set of eyes checking on things, you can be sure all maintenance is kept up with.
One Time Check-in
$85
This plan is designed for the times you may have forgotten something while in a rush to leave. The front door is unlocked, the garage door is left open, the AC is left on and it's supposed to get cold, etc. We will look over everything in your home and let you know what needs attention.
Airport Services
South Bend International Airport - SBN
Safe transportation from Culver Academy to SBN or returning. Available weekdays after 2:30 EST or weekends anytime. Schedule with Colton at least one month in advance from departure date.
Detailing
Boat, PWC, golf cart, car—we can have it all ready before the season starts! Available at private or park piers. Prefer access to an electrical outlet and clean water, but it is not required; we have battery-powered equipment. Exterior details cannot be completed while the boat is in the water. Reach out for a price!
