This plan is made to be a full service care for your home. Whether you come to town bi-weekly or once every few months, you won’t have to worry about a thing. With this plan, I normally spend one hour going through the house doing the normal routine checklist. Grab mail & packages, put garbage cans out, lock windows & doors, make sure heat / ac is running, no water leaks or mechanical issues, etc. After that, I already have a list prepared from a previous visit on noticeable things to repair. Such as replacing a light bulb, smoke detector battery, tightening cabinet door / handle, recessed light not sitting flush. Just random things I notice walking around that you normally might not notice. We will contact you if a larger issue arises and will have a solution ready for you. Then, I’m back next week to check on everything again!
